Pape-Kilkenny Practice Fields

Pape Field is the home soccer field for the University of Oregon's women's socer and lacrosse teams. Kilkenny Fields are the primary practice fields for the UO football team. CMGS led the design of the athletic fields. To meet the high demands of persistent use by student-athletes, the field construction required a complex design and scientific approach. The fields are constructed of a sand-based natural grass sports surface. Following their initial seasons, the fields have not only been deemed a success, but are regarded as one of the top facilities of its kind in the country. Kilkenny Field was named the 2007 Football Field of the year by the Sports Turf Managers Association
