OSU 14th/15th Street Improvements

The $2.1 million project encompasses 2 blocks of street replacement and enhancement in Oregon State University’s historic Lower Campus.  Enhancements include new setback sidewalks, raised crossings, bicycle lanes, landscaping and gateway monuments at the prominent Jefferson Street intersection.  Our firm collaborated with OSU engineers on the design.  We were responsible for comprehensive design of walks, plazas, site furniture, landscaping and the ornamental gateway features.  Our services include cost estimation, bid/permit documents and construction administration.  Construction is scheduled to complete January 2009.
