LCC Track and Soccer Bowl Upgrade

Starting in 2009, CM prepared a comprehensive master plan for an athletic field complex upgrade comprised of the following: a new synthetic turf competition soccer field; a new 400 meter IAAF track and field with an infield that provides field events and a secondary soccer field, event command center buildings, a restroom and concessions building, ADA walkways, plazas, scoreboards, field lighting, parking and landscaping.  CM led a design team that prepared constructions drawings for a first-phase project that includes the following: two new FieldTurf surfaced playfields, a new 400 meter IAAF track (Beynon BSS 2000 surface) and all field events, pedestrian walks and stairways, concrete retaining walls, new field lighting, a new track scoreboard and PA system.
